Hey Viv is a Washington, DC–based mobile IV therapy brand bringing preventative health, hydration, and recovery treatments directly to clients. The founders wanted a brand identity that felt approachable, modern, and friendly — one that could stand apart from the overly clinical, blue-dominated aesthetics common in the wellness space.
The brief was to capture a sense of vitality and resilience while staying warm, joyful, and human. The brand needed to appeal to high-income professionals, athletes, and busy individuals who value both performance and restorative care. Our goal was to design an identity that balances trust and professionalism with playfulness and energy.
The design direction leaned into a bright, citrus-led palette — peach, orange, yellow and soft pinks — reflecting the warmth of sunlight and healthy living. Soft gradients and gentle glows were introduced to bring tactility and dimension, avoiding flat or sterile backdrops. Typography pairs clear, modern sans serifs with friendly details, creating a balance of legibility and personality. A flexible suite of logos and brand marks allows the identity to adapt across touchpoints — from digital presence to social media to packaging.
To emphasise the core idea of hydration, we created a series of IV bag splash scenes that visually anchor the brand in its purpose. These compositions use liquid movement, colour, and light to express refreshment in a way that feels modern rather than medical. The result is imagery that immediately conveys both the function of the service and the uplifting aesthetic of the brand.
Alongside these hero visuals, we designed custom sticker labels for each of Hey Viv’s IV blends. Each label carries its own personality while fitting cohesively within the broader system, allowing the product range to feel distinctive, flexible, and easily recognisable. To round out the brand experience, we extended the design to a range of collateral including business cards, a tuck top box, tote bag and flyer — each piece reinforcing the identity through consistent use of colour, type and texture.
The result is a brand identity that feels fresh, confident and approachable, positioning Hey Viv as a distinctive voice in preventative health and mobile IV therapy. It reflects the brand’s commitment to making care easy, stylish and restorative — a high-touch service with a personal feel.
